Refunds & Cancellation Policy
Our policy lasts 10 calendar days. If 10 calendar days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
No Exchange will be accepted during the time of COVID – 19 Pandemic. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Your return can only be approved based on the following reasons:
Missing Parts / Items
Wrong size than selected size
Wrong item delivered
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. And send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org organize the return of your purchase, after the verification of the return request and approval you can send the product with the approval of return request.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
Book with obvious signs of use
CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, or vinyl record that has been opened
Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item that is returned more than 10 calendar days after delivery
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a cheque will be issued on the buyer billing name and sent to your shipping address, within a certain amount of days.

Requests received later than 1 business days prior to the end of the business day of current service period from the time of order placed the cancellation of order will be accepted. If request received more than 1 business days then the cancellation of order will not be accepted by us.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven't received a refund yet, please check your bank or credit card account again then contact the respective financial institution, as there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items with discount offers cannot be refunded.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com and we will process the exchanges.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
